What ingredients are in your bagels?

Our plain bagels contain: bread flour, yeast, salt, barley malt, and water.
Flavor toppings vary and may include: poppy seeds, everything seasoning, cheese, blueberries, chocolate chips, and other seasonal ingredients.


Do your bagels contain allergens?

Yes. Our bagels may contain:

  • Wheat (gluten)

  • Dairy (certain flavors)

  • Seeds (poppy, sesame, everything seasoning, etc.)

Please note: bagels are prepared in the same kitchen, so cross-contact between allergens may occur. If you have a severe allergy, Snacktime Kitchen may not be the safest option


Do you offer refunds?

Because these are made-to-order food items, refunds are generally not offered after pickup. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.


How should I store my bagels?

Bagels are best enjoyed fresh but will stay good for 2–3 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

For longer storage, place bagels in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for up to 1–2 months.

To enjoy from frozen:

  1. Let the bagel thaw at room temperature or wrap the frozen bagel in a damp paper towel.

  2. Microwave for about 30 seconds.

  3. Toast to your liking and enjoy.
